About the Role

As a Retail Artist at Charlotte Tilbury, you will be the heart of our stores and counters, responsible for empowering our customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves.

You will combine your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections with our customers.

  • You will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be.

  • You will adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to drive stratospheric success.
  • You will maintain the company's grooming standards, knowing what good looks like and being proud to display it.
Requirements
  • You will ideally have an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
  • You will have experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
  • You will be passionate about being part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen and continues to grow.
  • You will have experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs.
