About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sports and Facilities Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our College facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to users of our facilities, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Maintain the efficient operation of facilities, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in responding to emergencies affecting the College premises, demonstrating a proactive and safety-focused approach.
  • Support the Estates Team with clerical and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
  • Set up equipment and prepare spaces for both lettings and College activities, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are met, reporting any concerns or issues promptly.
