Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Reporting team at Arm Limited.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of Arm's consolidated external financial reporting, leveraging expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Group Reporting.

The role plays a critical part in supporting quarterly public company requirements and Group reporting to Softbank, while driving continuous improvement and automation of systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate the financial performance and position of the Arm Group using SAP S/4 HANA Group Reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Drive the development and implementation of process improvements, automating systems and processes to enhance quality and efficiency of financial reporting.
  • Produce high-quality supporting excel-based working papers to facilitate quarterly disclosure requirements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support Corporate level accounting by producing excellent support and posting journals through SAP S/4 HANA, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Arm Finance to deliver reporting on a quarterly cadence, fostering effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Work with Arm's external auditors to support the internal control environment, operating and documenting compliance with relevant controls, including those relevant for SOx.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified accountant (or similar qualification).
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and its application to consolidation and reporting.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
