**Job Description:**

**Job Title:** Education Director - Geography

**Salary Range:** £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Education Director to lead our Geography department at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive Geography curriculum that meets the needs of our students.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Education or Geography, as well as a leadership or management qualification. You will also possess strong subject knowledge in Geography, as well as effective classroom management skills and the ability to work with students of varying abilities.

As an Education Director, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Geography teachers, monitoring student progress, and implementing interventions when necessary. You will also be required to collaborate with other department heads to ensure cross-curricular links.

The ideal candidate will be patient, able to work with students of varying abilities, and resilient. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

This is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent. All applicants must hold the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
