Job Title: SAP S/4 HANA Quality Process Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Process Engineer to join our team and support the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA across our group of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a successful rollout of S/4 HANA across the MBDA Quality teams in the UK.
  • Support the full implementation of S/4 HANA Quality capabilities within the MBDA Group system.
  • Work closely with the Group Quality teams, the programme core team, the overall Systems Integrator, and other internal collaborators to achieve high-level knowledge and understanding across the National Companies Quality teams.
  • Support the Quality input to the design and implementation of a harmonised process that can be implemented in S/4 HANA.
  • Coordinate with others to leverage and improve a single data source that provides context and detail to contribute to the process.
  • Deliver a common set of S/4 HANA Quality capabilities across the MBDA National Companies, within the boundaries of the defined common template.
  • Represent Quality within the core team and ensure that Quality requirements are truly considered in the roll out of the wider programme.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Quality role.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA and/or other SAP products.
  • Shown success in leading SAP S/4 HANA programs or similar initiatives.
  • Proven track record in project management, with the ability to handle sophisticated process analysis.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
