Electrical and Electronic Engineering Lecturer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical and Electronic Engineering Lecturer to join our team at a prestigious Further Education College in Wiltshire. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students, assessing their progress, and contributing to the development of our Electrical and Electronic Engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of a diverse group of learners
  • Assess and evaluate student work to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance the apprenticeship program
  • Provide support and guidance to apprentices throughout their training journey
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant L5+ qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Be able to deliver both theory and practical classroom and workshop sessions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical and electronic principles
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles

This is a full-time, permanent role, with a flexible start date. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
