About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inspirational teaching on a range of electrical subjects on Level 3 apprenticeship courses and full cost programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students
  • Carry out on-site assessments and make competency-based judgements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will hold a Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification, including an NVQ and an AM2 qualification or equivalent.

Experience of delivering and managing student groups/programs is essential, as is the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
