About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Sodexo in Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing a section of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a section of the kitchen, overseeing food preparation and presentation
  2. Work closely with the head chef to develop menus and recipes
  3. Comply with all Company policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH
  4. Lead by example, promoting a positive and respectful work environment

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent or relevant working experience
  2. Excellent culinary skills and a passion for cooking
  3. Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect

Salary Estimate: Based on location and industry standards, we estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £27,520 - £34,560, depending on experience.
