  • Bid Management Leadership
    • Oversee the entire bid lifecycle, from initial qualification through to submission and contract award.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Monitor and report on the performance of the bid team, including win rates, bid quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
    • Analyze bid outcomes to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, using this data to refine bid strategies and processes.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis
    • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform bid strategies and ensure that CAE Technology Services Limited remains competitive and responsive to market changes.

  • Extensive experience in bid management, with a proven track record of leading successful bids in the technology or IT services sector.
