- Monitor and report on the performance of the bid team, including win rates, bid quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Analyze bid outcomes to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, using this data to refine bid strategies and processes.
- Market and Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform bid strategies and ensure that CAE Technology Services Limited remains competitive and responsive to market changes.
- Use insights from market analysis to shape bid positioning and value propositions.
- Extensive experience in bid management, with a proven track record of leading successful bids in the technology or IT services sector.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
