About the Role:

360 Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in leading and inspiring the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide cover in the General Manager's absence, ensuring the smooth running of the store and maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Embrace and promote the company's unique selling points, including competitive pricing and excellent customer service.
  • Deliver results by contributing to profitability and sales turnover, and using excellent communication skills to develop customer relationships.
  • Have a good understanding of financial controls and be able to directly communicate with Senior and Area Managers as appropriate.
  • Assist in the return of acceptable stock inventory results in line with company targets.

Requirements:

  • KPI-driven and process-driven individual with a proven track record of improving performance and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and report to all levels.
  • A desire for personal and professional development, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
