Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Clinical Lead to join our team at Derbyshire Community Health Services NHSFT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the Stroke and Neuro Services in North-East Derbyshire.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background in stroke and neurology, with experience in leading teams and managing complex services. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, developing policies, and implementing improvements to our services.

You will also be expected to collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Stroke and Neuro Services in North-East Derbyshire
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
  • Manage and motivate a team of clinicians and support staff
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery and communication
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc Degree or MSc in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
  • Relevant postgraduate training and experience in stroke and neurology
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
