">About the Role
">We are seeking an exceptional clinical leader to join our team as a Senior Clinician Lead for our Stroke-Neuro Service based in North East Derbyshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services that meet the needs of our patients.

- Provide strategic leadership to the Stroke-Neuro Service, driving innovation and improvement in patient care and service delivery.">
- Develop and implement effective plans to achieve service goals and objectives, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders.">
- Mentor and support staff in their professional development, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A BSc Degree/MSc or Graduate Diploma in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).">
- Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.">
- Relevant postgraduate training in stroke and neurology.">
- Experience of working in a senior clinical leadership role, with a proven track record of driving change and improvement.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.">
