Teleperformance Inside Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and opportunities through various channels such as cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role, with a focus on prospecting and lead generation. A degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

In this role, you will work closely with our account executives and the broader sales team to align on strategies and hand off qualified leads. You will also analyze the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and refine approaches based on performance metrics.
