Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a primary school student with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in Caldicot.

This role involves assisting the student engage in classroom activities, promoting social and emotional development, and working closely with the teacher to support their learning.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with ALN and possess strong communication skills, as well as a commitment to safeguarding children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with classroom tasks and help the student stay engaged in lessons.
  • Promote inclusion and ensure the student's well-being.
  • Help with physical or personal care needs as required.

Requirements:
  1. Experience working with children with ALN is desirable.
  2. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding children.
