The salary for this role ranges from £13.25 - £14.50 per hour, offering great rates of pay and weekly pay arrangements.
Job Description
This role involves supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. The successful candidate will have experience working in the care sector and be signed up with Social Care Wales. They should also be trained and possess excellent communication skills. As a support worker, you will be responsible for administering medication, providing personal care, and caring for individuals with disabilities. You will work on day shifts and waking night shifts, ensuring a flexible schedule that suits your needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have at least six months of experience working in the care sector. It is essential to be signed up with Social Care Wales and have a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and able to create a warm and calming environment for our service users.
