We are seeking a highly organized and driven lettings negotiator to join our established Bridgwater lettings office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for learning about our properties and showcasing them to potential tenants, as well as handling client interactions face-to-face and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn about our properties and showcase them to potential tenants
  • Handle client interactions face-to-face and over the phone
  • Work under pressure and multitask to meet deadlines
  • Organize your own workload daily

Requirements:

  • 1 year's lettings or property management experience (or equivalent experience in a related field)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
