About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Residential Property team at Birketts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional legal services to our clients and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business plan to drive growth and expansion of our Residential Property practice
  • Manage and lead a team of solicitors and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services to clients
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law affecting residential property law
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years' PQE in residential property law
  • Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Interest in business development and growth
