Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor - Essex


Are you an experienced contentious probate solicitor looking for your next career step?


My client is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner level lawyer to join their thriving team.


We are seeking a skilled Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor looking for a progressive role, to join a fantastic Legal 500 law firm in a great Kent location. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a senior role in a management position within their growing contentious probate team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee complex contentious probate cases, including disputes over wills, estates, and trusts.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other partners to develop strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and emerging trends in the field to ensure their practice remains at the forefront.

  • Significant experience in contentious probate law, with a strong track record in handling complex disputes.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to transition into a management role.
