As a key member of our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring excellent food presentation, and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu, showcasing your culinary expertise.
• Ensure the presentation, taste, and portioning of food meet our restaurant's high standards.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control, maintaining a well-organized kitchen environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods, providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes, staying ahead of culinary trends.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards, prioritizing the well-being of our customers.

• Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, with a strong track record of success.
• Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines, with a passion for innovation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
• Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred), demonstrating your commitment to kitchen safety.
