About the Role

This School First Aider position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and staff at one of the UK's most forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trusts. As a member of the V-Recruit team, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative partnership that prioritizes student and staff well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first aid and medical assistance to staff and students during the academy day
  • Assisting the Health and Wellbeing team in managing medicines and playing a key role in student and staff health and welfare
  • Working on reception duties when not administering first aid
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant first aid training and experience in a similar role are essential.

Benefits and Salary

You will be paid £12 per hour, plus holiday pay accrued through V-Recruit, with an estimated annual salary of approximately £14,208. This role offers a competitive salary and a chance to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
