As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality support to students with complex needs, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.

About the Job:

  • You'll be working closely with our experienced teaching staff to develop and implement tailored education plans that cater to each student's unique requirements.
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as therapists and counselors, to provide comprehensive support to students.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress, tracking successes and areas for improvement.
  • Contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social skills, confidence, and independence among students.

What We Offer:

  • An annual salary of £22,000 - £25,000, based on experience.

Requirements:

  • A passion for supporting students with special educational needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
