About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our Construction team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

You will be based on site and report to the Construction Director/Regional Managing Director, successfully managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of previous Site Management experience, preferably in Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation. A black or white CSCS card is a must, and a qualified First Aider at Work is also required.

You will be assertive and calm under pressure, able to meet numerous construction deadlines while liaising with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams. The ability to influence and supervise onsite staff is key, and discretion and confidentiality are essential.
