Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Estimator for Architectural Metal Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating for high-end architectural metal systems, including balustrades, balconies, canopies, stairs, hand rails, and staircases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate projects ranging from £20k to circa £5m in value
  • Carry out cost controls for the entirety of the project
  • Liaise with colleagues to facilitate the progression of tenders and projects
Requirements:
  • Must have experience in estimating for architectural metal systems
  • Ideal candidate will have experience dealing with secondary steelwork
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
