About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Transaction Services team in Corporate Finance. As a key member of our Advisory team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality transaction advice to our clients, driving business growth, and developing our people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial due diligence projects, overseeing day-to-day progress and driving delivery of quality transaction advice.
  • Create environments where our people can thrive, supporting their development and progression.
  • Work across multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing clients and teams effectively.
  • Take ownership of commercial and risk management.
  • Help our team use new tools and approaches, such as data analytics.
  • Maintain existing client and referrer relationships through Key Account Management programs.
  • Deliver pitches and presentations to win work and grow our brand.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and take ownership of projects to implement change.
  • Support our people's development through involvement in activities such as people management, learning and development, and recruitment.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of transaction services.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous development.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
