About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fibre Installation Specialist to join our team at Spectrum Fibre Limited T/A Ogi. As a key member of our Install Engineer crew, you will be responsible for delivering fibre installations across South Wales, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install fibre optic cables and equipment in customer premises, including residential and business customers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Work effectively with customers to resolve any engineering obstacles and ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure the delivery of assigned fibre installations.

Requirements
  • Experience in fibre installation, including FTTP installation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Health and safety conscious and detail-oriented.
