Fibre Installation Specialist

We're a network builder and operator bringing full fibre services to communities across south Wales. Our Ogi Pro brand provides everything from telephony to managed IT services, alongside our high-capacity wholesale network that spans the M4 corridor.

This is a full-time, permanent position, and we are looking for candidates with various skill levels, from junior to senior, who have experience in a position providing fibre installation services inside of customer premises (residential and business customers).

The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of fibre including FTTP installation, a proactive attitude in the resolution of engineering obstacles, and awareness and understanding of BT Open reach network and PIA. They will also have network build understanding, including ducts and poles, and be able to read a plan drawing. Additionally, they should have NRSWA - unit 2 signing, lighting & guarding, IPAF, S7 PIA Sub Duct and Cable Installation Underground, and S8 PIA Cable Installation Overhead.

As a Fibre Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for all install activities, undertaking all job-specific risk assessments and method statements, and carrying out underground & overhead installations.
