Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Start Recruitment (UK) Ltd. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as monitoring team performance and providing feedback to improve productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse operations and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment, and assisting in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
