Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our community services team as a Team Leader - Café Connect and Hub. This is a full-time opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for tailoring your approach to each client, ensuring their unique needs are met with care and consideration. You will work collaboratively with the team to provide customized support and assistance to our clients.

You will need to have previous experience of supervising staff, be qualified to level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), and be qualified to level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent/willing to work towards). In-depth knowledge and experience of supporting adults would be beneficial.

There will be a requirement to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. On joining Making Space, you will be supported with on-the-job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
