About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Hayward Care Centre. As a clinical nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working autonomously and as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage care teams to ensure high standards of nursing and personal care are met
  • Deliver, monitor, and re-evaluate care needs in partnership with residents, their key carers, family members, and the wider team
  • Liaise effectively with GPs, hospitals, and external agencies
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents

About You

We are looking for a positive role model with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build positive working relationships. As a clinical nurse, you will be responsible for motivating your team to deliver the best possible care to our residents.
