Care Home Nurse Opportunities

**Leaders in Care** is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at one of our highly regarded care homes in Devizes. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assess and develop person-centred care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
* Liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure residents receive the medical and clinical support they require
* Safely provide nursing care, including administering medication, dressings, and management of residents' medical conditions
* Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance
