Job Title: Senior Neighbourhood Officer

Novax Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Neighbourhood Officer to join our team in Slough. As a key member of the Neighbourhood Housing team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent housing management services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estate Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • New Tenant Visits and Tenancy Sign-up: Conduct thorough assessments and sign-up new tenants, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and rights.
  • Tenancy Verification and Fraud Prevention: Investigate and prevent tenancy-related fraud, ensuring the integrity of our housing services.
  • Requesting Responsive Maintenance: Coordinate with our maintenance team to address any issues or repairs promptly.
  • Addressing Anti-Social Behaviour: Work with our residents and partners to resolve any anti-social behaviour issues, promoting a safe and respectful community.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a housing-related role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise your workload, working effectively as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work creatively with partners and agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and partners.
