Job Description

The post holder will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to support the decision-making process at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The role involves building relationships with stakeholders to drive strategic planning and delivery.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide day-to-day support for trust projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of output.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An understanding of current healthcare policy and its implications for the trust.
  • Project management best practice, with Prince2 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of engagement, event planning, and facilitation of discussions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Business planning, delivery, and support skills.
