Nurse Care Coordinator

Join Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd as an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager and take advantage of this exciting opportunity to work with children and their families.
As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in delivering high-quality care to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- To design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs.
- To provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs.
- To deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management.
- To work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care.
Requirements:
- RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
- Supportive management style with a proven track record of effective leadership and management.
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
- Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential.
Benefits Package:
