About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our finance team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our company's treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and relationships with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Flow Management: Develop and execute strategies to optimize cash management and investment decisions, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
  • Financial Risk Management: Monitor and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rates, and credit exposure, to minimize potential losses and maximize returns.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) with a strong background in treasury management or a similar financial role.
  • Experience: Proven experience in treasury management, with a comprehensive understanding of financial instruments, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with expertise in interpreting complex financial data, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of effectively managing and mentoring a team, and a degree in accountancy, economics, or business.
