About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our team at Bromford, a leading provider of new homes. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ambitious new homes programme, which aims to build approximately 11,000 homes over the next eight years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the group's loanbook, reviewing cashflow requirements and ensuring the smooth delivery of treasury operations.
  • Handle daily cashflow reviews across the group entities to maintain liquidity and compliance.
  • Manage short-term cashflow forecasting and oversee monthly reporting for Treasury.
  • Prepare and submit funder covenant returns and ensure security compliance for loan agreements.
  • Provide valuable support for the treasury committee and board, producing monthly reports and managing the security pool.
  • Work closely with external advisors and auditors to ensure accurate reporting to investors and funders.
  • Manage month-end postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Oversee the Treasury audit process and ensure accurate reporting to investors and funders.
  • Assist the treasury team with new funding analysis and produce external Treasury documents.
Requirements
  • Extensive post-qualification experience in a relevant professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven background in a finance or treasury role, delivering high-quality work to deadlines.
  • Strong experience with cashflow forecasting, managing liquidity, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in preparing reports for senior stakeholders or external audiences.
  • Treasury experience is preferred but not essential.
