We are the Virtual Influencer Agency, a pioneering consultancy that develops and executes metaverse integration strategies for global brands. Due to recent contract wins and the expansion of our client roster, we are seeking a skilled 3D modeler to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating environment assets, such as buildings and games, in virtual worlds like Decentraland and Sandbox. They will also work closely with the Metaverse Creative Director to develop floorplans, designs, and environment edits and builds.

Additionally, the 3D modeler will be responsible for owning the development and delivery of 'head and shoulder' videos into motion captured avatars, as well as finding the right AI voice solution for our avatars and improving the conversational engine integration.

They will also work with the Metaverse Creative Director to improve our best practice on the production pipeline for our avatars and content, and produce social media assets of our avatars.

Requirements

Essential attributes:

  • A strong understanding of character engines and facial motion capture
  • One year's experience, or a graduate with relevant skills and knowledge
  • An attitude of real initiative and a creative and engaged brain
  • Experience using social and digital media and an understanding of how to upload and measure the response to content
