We are a pioneering consultancy at the forefront of metaverse innovation, collaborating with global brands to develop immersive experiences. As a key member of our creative team, we seek a talented 3D character modeler to join our mission.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating environment assets, such as buildings and virtual structures, within various metaverse platforms. With a strong background in character engines and facial motion capture, you will help bring our virtual influencers to life, crafting engaging experiences for social media and web3 worlds.

As a team player, you will work closely with our Metaverse Creative Director to refine our production pipeline, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality content. Your expertise in AI-generated voice solutions and conversational engine integration will be crucial in elevating our virtual characters to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create immersive environment assets, including buildings and virtual structures, within metaverse platforms
  • Collaborate with the Metaverse Creative Director to develop floorplans, designs, and environment edits
  • Develop and deliver high-quality 'head and shoulder' videos featuring motion-captured avatars
  • Source and integrate AI voice solutions for our virtual characters
  • Improve conversational engine integration and refine our production pipeline
  • Produce engaging social media assets showcasing our virtual influencers
Requirements

We seek a highly motivated individual with:

  • Strong understanding of character engines and facial motion capture
  • At least one year's experience, or a graduate with relevant skills and a passion for innovation
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to continuously improve processes
  • Experience with social and digital media, including content creation and measurement
