We are seeking a highly organized and proactive School Office Manager to support the smooth operation of our school office in Kingston upon Thames. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of daily office operations, supporting both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including administration, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Oversee student admissions, attendance, and enrollment processes using SIMS.
  • Maintain accurate student and staff records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for staff and administration.
  • Handle correspondence and inquiries from parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with financial processes, including budgeting and procurement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a school administrative role, preferably with SIMS proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with school policies and regulations is a plus.
