Job Title: Project Engineering Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Director to lead our global teams in delivering complex High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a global team of Project Engineering Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Oversee the execution of HVDC projects, ensuring delivery of world-class engineering solutions, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
  • Act as the key interface between engineering teams, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies to enhance project delivery and team performance.
  • Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge engineering solutions that set new benchmarks in the HVDC sector.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project engineering, with a strong track record of leading teams in the delivery of large-scale projects globally.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
  • Relevant engineering degree; advanced qualifications in project management or engineering leadership are a plus.
