Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to oversee a multimillion pound project in the construction industry. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a landmark residential scheme involving high-rise buildings, utilizing cutting-edge modular construction technology.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the on-site delivery of a large-scale residential development
- Manage the construction process from start to finish, ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with project timelines
- Oversee and coordinate large multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a construction/project director in design and build construction
- Track record of delivering medium to high-rise residential projects
- Experience with high-value projects
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £115,000 - £120,000
- Travel allowance, pension, holidays, private medical insurance, and technical progression
Location:
Commutable to Birmingham - Location of base is flexible
