Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing UKAS Accredited Consultancy. We are recruiting for a dual-skilled candidate, our Client can also consider applications from candidates with singular Analytical and / or Surveying experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys as well as 4 Stage Clearances, Personal, Background, Leak and Reassurance Air Monitoring
- Being adaptable to travel to a mixed portfolio of Client sites, including Commercial and Industrial
- Producing thorough technical reports for Clients
- Overseeing projects on-site and ensuring compliance with UKAS guidelines

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor and / or Analyst for a well-established outfit
- Excellent industry technical knowledge, such as UKAS guideline
- Must hold the P402, P403, P404 BOHS qualification (or RSPH equivalent)
- Strong IT skills and written ability
- Professional and hardworking attitude
