Future Select Recruitment is seeking a skilled Asbestos Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor and/or Analyst for a well-established outfit.

Responsibilities:

  1. Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys as well as 4 Stage Clearances, Personal, Background, Leak and Reassurance Air Monitoring
  2. Being adaptable to travel to a mixed portfolio of Client sites, including Commercial and Industrial
  3. Producing thorough technical reports for Clients
  4. Overseeing projects on-site and ensuring compliance with UKAS guidelines
  5. Opportunity for further training and development

About the Role:

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor and/or Analyst for a well-established outfit
  • Excellent industry technical knowledge, such as UKAS guidelines
  • Must hold the P402, P403, P404 BOHS qualification (or RSPH equivalent)
  • Strong IT skills and written ability
  • Professional and hardworking attitude
