About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Ltd. As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to live independently and access the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with personal care and support, including managing medication and teaching independent living skills
  • Develop and implement community-based activities, such as swimming, social activities, or other leisure activities
  • Support individuals to develop new hobbies and interests
  • Assist with household tasks, budgeting, and shopping
