About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled Support Assistant to join our team at a lovely SEN school in the Brent area. In this role, you will provide support to children with special needs on various levels of the autistic spectrum. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to children with special needs
  • Assist children in small groups
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all students
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people or SEN in any capacity
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willing to process one)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to commute to Brent
