About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Security Service/Installation Engineer to join our team at Infinity Resource Solutions. As a key member of our installation and service department, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and installing intruder systems, CCTV, and access control solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and install intruder systems, CCTV, and access control solutions
  • Maintain and repair existing systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Conduct fault finding and installation activities
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in intruder service and fire protection
  • Knowledge of intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
