Estimated Salary:$150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
Project Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead our project management team for various EPC projects across the Energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Budget Management:
- Develop and maintain detailed project budgets for EPC projects, ensuring alignment with financial plans, monitoring and controlling project expenditures, and identifying any budget variances.
- Manage resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of construction personnel, equipment, and materials, developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules and forecasts using project management software (PIMS).
Cost Analysis:
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and forecasting to support project decision-making, analyzing cost performance and implementing cost-saving measures where possible, preparing cost estimates for new projects and changes to existing projects.
Schedule Coordination:
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones, monitor and record project changes, implement project-specific strategies, and develop project forecasts along with the project management team.
Reporting on operations:
- Prepare and present regular financial and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and any variances, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all reporting activities.
Compliance:
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, conducting audits and reviews to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive years of experience in project control, preferably within the Energy construction or EPC sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification.
