Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager with strong change management experience to lead our team in implementing strategic initiatives and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, developing and implementing effective change management strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and manage complex projects.
  3. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
  4. Assist in developing and maintaining a robust risk management framework to mitigate potential risks.
  5. Take the lead in supporting the strategic growth of the team and ensuring that manual processes and procedures are fully operationalized.

Requirements:

  1. Exceptional Senior Manager with Change Management and Contracts Management experience.
  2. Excellent track record of working in a team and with senior management within a complex international organization.
  3. Proven record of Risk Management support.
