About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Membercare Assistant at one of our prestigious health clubs. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high standards of cleanliness across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members
  • Work with chemicals and cleaning equipment to clean open plan changing rooms, toilets, and shower areas
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and hoovering
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with colleagues and members

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a domestic/cleaning role
  • Ability to work under pressure at busy times of the day
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Strong work ethic, time management, and a can-do attitude
