Tenancy Sustainment Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals and households by providing safe, secure, and attractive environments, creating sustainable communities.
Key Responsibilities- Understand the complex needs of tenants, licensees, or occupants of Adullam properties within the context of Supported Exempt Accommodation.
- Deliver a consistently high customer service that enhances the quality of life for tenants.
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.
- Competitive salary up to \u00a242,512.25 per annum.
- 37.5 hours per week.
