Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our team at Affinity Executive Search. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in developing competitive bids and conceptual estimates for commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with designers to develop bid documents and estimate project costs.
  • Secure subcontractor bids and assist in the selection process upon project award.
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates to clients, ensuring successful project outcomes.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience estimating commercial projects, with a strong understanding of construction estimating software.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and computer-based take-off programs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
